With 10 plus years of culinary experience and working for professional athletes we decided to open a food truck. We decided to do hibachi best at the time there was no other food trucks doing hibachi so we decided to be different and try something new. I love being on the food truck and making people happy with good food. There is nothing else I would rather be doing,besides hanging out with my family,but you guys are my family.
